I’ve been going to the gym consistently for 4 years and have a pretty good physique. I’m about 13-14% BF.
I wanna get to sub 10%
I’m on Reta rn
Should I just not eat or go to gym and lose some muscle and just LDAR till I get sub 10%
I’m hopping on GH and already on test so can keep and gain back any muscle anyway
Thoughts?
