These huge before and after are frauded (angles, more pushing on pubic bone, photoshop, fake rulers, eq variance, edema or having had undisclosed procedures etc).

The realistic before and afters are about 0.5 to 1 inch in lenght increase and a little bit of girth gains like 0.25 inches tops and it’s mostly at the base. This is supported by all the good scientific data.

I think 99% plus of people claiming more than 1 inch in lenght and 0.25 girth both permanent gains are larping.

And in my personal experience once I’ve gained around 0.5 to 0.6 inches of lenght in the first 5 months of doing high tension extending, I did not see anything else happening after that.

Same for girth, when I did pumping for 6 month straight (15 minutes a day at 12 inches of mercury ) it did nothing for me but transform my BWC into an unevened tone partt BBC, part BWC hybrid (I had to do 2 painful iodine peels back to back to have my d go back to being almost it’s initial color).
