Social anxiety and lacking friends does really suck, ik this may seem like a shitty question but do you think you were better off without being active on these forums. Reading all this shi def changes how you percieve things and how u talk to other people, esp becasue youve been here for so long. The first step I would take it def to try to find some freinds. I also used to have bad social anxiety but my friends always put me in positions where I was able to change. If you can be good friends with even a cousin or sum Im sure that would help you. Good luck man
