remember boys, LM is self improvement form, not faggot board for people to loathe their own existence, dragging down others in process
Im using u guys as open journal for sake of external scrutiny and so others can benefit. If u read my threads and manage to cleave some sort of positive information from it, good, thats what its for.
I know most of u here are here for GIRLS, which is fine, but the endgoal is not women. Being "best version of yourself," aesthetics, increase in competence, (money, power, etc.) is its own reward. U self improve to become better man, not to appeal to women.
That being said, girls are good evolutionary benchmark for what you should be focusing on. I am going to cut rubric in favor of LTR long term relationship statistics, as casual sex, "slaying" is a waste of time.
I. Power, & ambition over looks.
men more than women value physical attractiveness in a long-term mate, whereas women more than men value good financial prospects in a long-term mate
In no cultures did women prefer physical attractiveness significantly more than men did in long-term mates.
men prefer physical attractiveness more than women do and women prefer status and resources more than men
II. Looks
1. Facial attractiveness
2. Height
3. Proportions, namely waist to shoulder ratio, V taper.
4. Muscularity
5. Clear skin
6. Facial hair (INTERMEDIATE,) full beards are less appealing
7. Voice
ngl can't be assed to cite any more studies for all that, all this is common sense anyways. Voice, skin, facial hair are interchangeable. Most important is face and height, second being muscle & proportioning (which are interlinked, working out upper body will enhance proportion.)
No gym for ur height/face lmao, but proportioning should be upper body focused. chest, lats, delts, bicep+forearms.
Behind Status and looks is all personal stuff, hobbies, personality, humor, blablabla.
Most attractive hobbies are reading, speaking second language, playing an instrument, cooking. All the stuff u guys like (drinking, anime, crypto, gambling, videogames,) are the least attractive
