Hello, I have a question about the le fort surgeries. What are they and what do they change. Are there also risk of doing the surgery ?

@Allornothing got a lefort 3 and now he looks like a little recessed subhuman creature, i feel so bad for him he is literally my best friend

Lefort 1 is a the normal upper jaw surgery that people get only move lower maxila foreward. Lefort 2 moves upper and lower maxila foreward a lot more dangerous very hard to find a surgeon to do it. Lefort 3 move whole maxila and zygos foreward basically impossible to get unless very deformed

Maybe if you got cms in recression, not mm (like we looksmaxxers do)
