Does lefort solve problem of nasal talk, taking through the nose? I had my maxilla pushed back as a kid and i have aesthetic problem of half of my face being recessed but also i talk though the nose since that was done, so, could le fort 1 solve my issue or only le fort 3 could work? Anyone with similar problem?
