What happens when somebody needs a high cut lefort but has a canted maxilla?
Or when the patient needs a segmental cut to widen the maxilla. Can these things be done in one surgery? If so, how?

You can rotate the LeFort I at any level to fix the cant.

Right, yeah, but if smb needs a lf2 advancement but their maxilla is canted + narrow, can widening + leveling + advancing, all be done in one surgery?
