The fact that you think these grifting influencers have anything of value to say/sell to you is your problem. Anything they know is freely available on the internet if you even bothered researching. I would recommend you go search on raypeatforum aka lowtoxinforum and see what has worked for others. BPC-157 heals the gut and others have said it has helped with their Crohns so it likely will help with leaky gut aswell. L-Glutamine also
