Help me ascend

6’1 18 in a month 195 lbs Be brutally honest on what i should fix first and how. Im starting calisthenics and a calorie deficit of 1943 kcal. I workout 3 times a week for discus which we mainly hit chest and legs but then i do my workouts after. If you need anymore info then ask. This is my first post sorry for lack of info.

lose weight, fix skin and use minoxidal for ur hair if u want smt easy to start w
 
get lean before you do any hardmaxxes

Get lean: decrease cal intake a bit more and complete 30-60min LISS after strength training 5-6 days a week. You do it in this order because glycogen stores are empty after strength training, and your body utilizes your fat stores for energy. Use L-carnitine L-Tartrate before cardio, too.

Understand the glycemic index and carb timing. Stop ripping random carbs whenever there's a plate in front of you.

Run some acne solutions (topical retinoid)

Do neck exercises to fix hyoid:D

I researched what the glycemic index and carb timing are however i dont know the best way to use them both do you have any tips/help.
