Lean bulk guide?

How can i bulk (300-500 above maintenance) n avoid carb bloat, i know only complex carbs n no goyslop but i still bloat off potatoes, oats etc

Rice doesnt bloat me but i guess not the same for you
Or something that ur eating is bloating u and not the carbs

started a semi dirty bulk n Test shortly after this thread, also realised that when i stopped restricting carbs n stuck w the same or within the same range daily the bloat stayed away
 
yes ur right, consume 300-500kcal above ur caloric maintenance keep ur protein intake g/lbs of bw or 2.2 x (kg) of bw maybe 10-15g over that just to be safe, fat intake in grams around 70-90g, try consume lean meats w a complex carb source(chicken and rice for eg) and keep water intake around 2-3ltrs with a reduced sodium intake to avoid the bloating you mention even processed sugars can cause bloating and keep up with your cardio max 20mins after a sesh .
