I’m 5’11, 15, and around 150 pounds and I want to lean bulk to around 170, however is there a way for me to bulk, whilst continuing to lose fat a build muscle? I workout 6 times a week and get around 8k-10k steps a day whilst doing cardio after each workout.
Is there a way to lean bulk to gain as little as fat as possible (I know there most likely will be some) while gaining muscle, please let me know and how many calories I should be eating along with protein intake.
