Lean Chicken breasts for weight loss?

I'm trying to loose weight, in a way where I don't have to count calories (ideally).

I've been thinking about switching from Chicken with Skin & Fat, to Lean Chicken Breasts you can buy frozen in the store.

Since fat is very calorically dense. I'm guessing eating this, combined with low calorie vegetables, it'll be easier to eat less calories.

Does any one have any experience with this?
 
calories don't exist.

just eat meat only and workout you'll get lean quick

NO carbs or veggies

Low fat dieting is popular among bodybuilders but normal people (who depend on fat and cholesterol for hormone production) don't tend to do as well with it. It's true that fat is the most calorically dense macro, but it is also typically the most micro nutritionally dense macro. The greater the nutrient density of your food, the greater the satiating effect. This is why people on 70%+ fat keto diets report experiencing so little hunger and shed weight as though they're fasting
