went from 20% bf to 10% (can see veins on my abs) and the difference in treatment is insane
People could barely even recognize me.
My skin got better on top of it bc your pores shrink from leanmaxing since it's less stretched out, its more supple

Downside is my family got jealous of my bodyfat and tried to force me to eat
