I was fat the first 18 1/2 years of my life and for the most part the treatment I got was unhuman by almost everyone, even my friends. So I decided to get to at least 10% body fat and I did. By the end of the cut my life was practically different. Went from being a 218lb gymcel to a 160lb aesthetic freak. The treatment I got from strangers was completely different. Noticed a very decent amount of people staring at me in public. People I haven´t seen in a couple months respected me a lot more, saying very normie ascension compliments like "dude you look like you look like clav" or "what peptides did you take". More ioi´s at parties or clubs. People wanted me to get in pictures (which was super rare before). Girls that rejected me before or that never looked my way gained interest in me. Made more friends then ever. Like my life had gotten soooooooooooooo much better bro. It wasn´t all sunshine and rainbows since I got some slight trauma due to an event that happened to me midway which most likely was because I was more centered in my appearance rather than being less awkward with girls but life was a lot better anyway. But the issue came after my birthday. My appetite hormones were so fucked that I binged for a month straight. 4.5k calories a day of pure binge for an entire month made me gain 17lbs (even after doing cardio 3x a week and 20k steps minimum). At first people said that they didn´t even notice the weight gain but then slightly that shitty treatment started coming back slowly. Friends calling me chopped, not introducing to any girls, respecting me less. Its not as bad as it was before but it can get pretty bad sometimes. Now im trying to get back to that for january and I am very confident that its going to be okay once again even though, HOWEVER, it really showed me how important it is to be lean it todays society if you want to get treated properly. I got a couple fat friends that also get treated in very unhuman ways and im trying to help them understand that being being lean or at least not fat can change their lives in many ways. So my conclusion to this is LEAN IS ABSOLUTE LAW IF YOU WANT TO GET HUMAN TREATMENT FROM OTHERS (UNLESS YOU ARE RICH OR HAVE STATUS BUT IT WILL ADD ON TOP OF THIS).
Also I think this time I get lean my experience is going to be so much better since my anxiety in social spaces is a lot better now and this is all thanks AGAIN to being lean. Even though it was just for a couple months, for the first time in my life I got treated as another member of society and actually improved a lot upon social experiences. What im basically saying is that being lean can also help "treat" neurodivergent traits by giving the opportunity of being treated fairly while doing exposure therapy (which was what I tried and it has worked wonders compared to where I was).

Very unfortunate man. I used to have one too but my parents by some miracle found a very good ortho which helped me fix my narrow palate + underbite which ended up fixing my recession. So if you are still young and got the resources, I beg you to find an orthodontist that can help you with the recession you have. Also do extensive research about the topic so you can find the doctor that suits you best. Best of luck man

dont worry bro im in braces to prepare for double jaw surgery but thank you!

What's your height?
im 178 which I know is not that good (haven´t got the chance to try lifts, only the sock method), however where im from the average height is around 170 and lower so tall people are rare. My biggest problem is that I usually hang around the high class and the average height goes up again to like my height. Also 2 of the people I go out the most are 187 and 190 which can be brutal at times

what do you mean? if u saw my CT scan you would vomit, it made me sick when i saw it 😭
I did ct scans before and after ortho treatment. I love my doctor and can´t wait to thank him in the future

Deadass bro lean is law, nobody even respected me until I became 3 years of working out to become aesthetic. I relate to all of ts I only got real friends after I transferred schools and people noticed how jacked and lean I was.

I committed the worst mistake ever and fell into the "dirty bulk" cope for 2 whole years which ruined my teenage experience. I bet the experience of being jacked in high school is sick

Was in the same situation. Was Lardmaxxed till I was about 16 than lost like 130 pounds spamming ephedrine:lul: Treatment was fucking night and day, and literally went from faggot jester to top tier popularity in my school. Dangerous thing though is you slowly forget that people like you now BECAUSE of your looks, and when you let that slip, the treatment goes with it. I started to slowly put on more and more fat and realized after a while how my treatment would mirror almost 1 to 1 my weight gain, gaining or losing.

Otw back to 10% now best of luck nga
