Anyways I usually maintain 11-12% body fat year round but before dates (I always make sure it’s at least 10 days in advance) I benefit from hitting 9-10% body fat mainly bc I store quite a bit of fat in my face so all my niggas who also have the same problem this is for you
How to manage your appetite
Before retards start spamming ‘reta Reta’ listen. I’ve been on reta and it works yeah but for ME at least it takes weeks before I feel anything so instead I take semaglutide yeah it’s Ozempic but who gives a fuck I pin a hefty dose like 1.5-2mg which makes me wanna vomit when I see food
Basically means I stay in a 1500 calorie deficit daily bc of the cardio I do
Cardio
Make sure u get 20k steps a day to boost ur total daily burn
Stimultants/extra shit
Clenbuterol star at 40mcg and go up to 80mcg by the end of the week to boost ur bmr by around 10-15% which is necessary for lazy retards like me who can’t stay on the treadmill
By the end of all this you should be around 2kg leaner and a lot leaner overall bc of the water drop as well so yeah enjoy having more angularity
