I'm retarded, my jaw and face didnt get probably any narrower at all. (My midface ratio is still the same)
And my lower third and jaw area got a lot sharper.
It seems i only lost 0.5cm of actual neck gains and I was in a HUGE deficit (3lb a week)
%12 is probably peak for health and aesthetics i will hit %12 and maintain
