when i started lifting, I started with 5 kg dumbbells, now i got to 15kg (slight calorie surplus or maintenance) and I feel like im reaching my max without a bigger bulk. So now im going on deficit and ill try not to lose too much muscle thru eating protein and doing resistance training

i’m getting lean rn, im 6’4 135 and my upper abs just now came through so i’m gonna wait until i get a lower bodyfat

after i get lean i’ll try to build up muscle for more appeal but face>body

will definitely take a while, i'm lost 55 lb so far but now the bodyfat is starting to drop more & im gaining muscle

rn working on eyelashes then will post thread on it

if you're still growing and your bones are developing never starve, stay in a slight caloric surplus so you don't ruin your test levels

They're not mutually exclusive. Lean with a muscular base. Or you could just go for the built fat look. You don't want to look like a roid monster though. Just like with big breasts, there's a point where it gets to be too much.
