How can I loose fat without stunting any growth?

eat a sufficient amount of food to and nutrients to support your development and do cardio to be in a deficit.
 
by keeping a great hormonal diet high in carbs unfortunately, no need to keto or else but it will still not be that good as eating normally, how old are you and since when you been the weight you currently are?

16 80kg been for 4 months ish. Bulked from 57kg. 1 yr ago

Im mostly right, genetics has the most role in height, and to stunt your growth you would need to overdo it by alot, eating no nutrients everyday, sleeping 4h etc., just loosing weight isn't going to stunt his growth

You get most kf your nutrients most of the time wothout even knowing, even slop has nutrients to some extent, even severly outdoing it would decerease height by a very very little amount, also you eat nutrients while you lose weight ,,duhhhh"?

Just fat i got a decent amount of muscle mass the fat is just covering it obvs
im not your doctor and i dont know your proportions and your body distrebution, but probably out of those 23kgs of mass you put on only 5kgs are actually some lean mass, but if you tell me you're fat just go for an immediate cut and then rebalance your hormones later on after a minicut, what i suggest even if i dont know anything and im lacking so many infos about your situation, i suggest to eat 1/3 of your daily calories high proteins to mantain as much muscles possible with a decent hormonal balance not low in carbs because that would just make everything worse, a simple fb that you can do x3 a week if you're not sedentary and do it for 6 weeks straight you might lose 6kgs which most of it will be fat unless you have some special conditions im unaware of, goodluck and see what you can do, i might be wrong or might not workout this type of diet for you.
