I’m down 3kg in the last 2 weeks, mostly water I believe, gonna cut down to 8%.

if you hasnt start leanmax just after joining this forum its too late, high probability you will go back to usual fatness

How u gonna overcome fatigue and muscle loss
We’ll 2/3kgs I’ve lost is just water, so I’m losing about 0.5kg a week which is fine to preserve muscle just keeping my protein between 160-180g a day

As for fatigue I use caffeine as needed and prioritise 8 hours of sleep+getting in my micronutrients thru supplements
