Iam now officially back in the 70kg range, 3 weeks ago I was at 82 kg and right now Iam at a steady 79 kg 
I somehow injured myself yesterday for a reason I can’t seem to remember, my left upper back is so tight and hurt, all I want to do is sleep it off, any stretches or recommendations?
