I eat either 500,1000 or 1500 cals depends how i feel on that day. Mostly carnivore alongside an energy drink to curb appetite. I also took a break from semaglutide because too many sides

Do you like keep carbs under 100g? I do along with keeping protein high but fat moderate

I dont really count carbs. I dont eat rice or "healthy carbs" . if i eat carbs i eat ice cream (200-300 cals)
