Concerta also does this for me. Now I be having like 2 meals a day with no snacks lol. Lost a decent amount of weight + cheaper in the long run because I don't gotta buy unnecessary food.

I’m on 5HTP and had two 5,000 calories binges this week. So either it doesn’t suppress hunger or just doesn’t work for me

What did work for me this morning was coffee, high protein and high fibre

Today I had coffee, 300g of chicken breast, lots of mixed veg and broccoli which came up to 700 calories. It was so filling I almost struggled to finish it.

Gonna start having it as my first meal of the day
