To my skinny-fat nibbaz, lower your body-fat, quit sugar, salt (bloating) carbs and eat more protein and work out. Still do decent changes through surgeries, no one will notice and claim, it‘s just weight loss.

I eat 500g of sugar everyday and I eat salt by the teaspoon sugar and salt are the ultimate metabolism boosters

eat less fat :p

All that matters is a caloric deficit and protein. And eating a lot of salt isn't what makes you bloated, what makes you bloated is eating a lot more salt than you typically do. Eat as much salt as you want while you cut cause that's one of the only ways you can make things taste better without calories, and if all your food tastes like shit you're not gonna adhere to your cut

Imo it's as mental as it is physical so you should incorporate both

1) "anabolic" type meals that taste good and satisfy you mentally but are full of processed ingredients and lacking in micronutrients (see remington james for an idea of what I mean)

2) high volume meals with a focus on lots of vegetables and fruits to physically fill you up and provide tons of micronutrients.
