I've started a cut because im 6 foot and 85kg ish so I wanna get down to like 70 to 75 would be good and then go form there. I dont have much muscle its all fat basically I've js started going gym to build muscle. But for losing my fat and dropping weight. Im trying to drink around 3 liters of water a day and staying in a caloric deficit. I have adhd and I take daily 36mg methylphenidate which suppresses my appetite a bit so it makes it easier. Im also trying to keep protein intake at a decent level but any advice is appreciated.

Yeah thanks ppl online not on here but in like yt or Google whatever say do drink lemon tea or some other shit but you literslly juat need to be in a caloric deficit and be dedicated.
