Im starting omad today i already had my one meal today so i have to go on a water fast today. I’ll drink 0 calorie drinks just to smoothly transition into just water
I’ll also allow myself to have fruit or nuts as snacks if I have to eat something
My diet will consist of boiled eggs mostly and meat and some form of keto bread if possible if not then rice will do also dessert
hopefully I will be in the lower 200s after a couple weeks as for exercise I’ll be doing my regular routine also focus on more protein
