Im starting omad today i already had my one meal today so i have to go on a water fast today. I’ll drink 0 calorie drinks just to smoothly transition into just water
I’ll also allow myself to have fruit or nuts as snacks if I have to eat something
My diet will consist of boiled eggs mostly and meat and some form of keto bread if possible if not then rice will do also dessert:owo: hopefully I will be in the lower 200s after a couple weeks as for exercise I’ll be doing my regular routine also focus on more protein

70ish lbs in a few weeks is ambitious but good luck, stick to it and it will come off sooner or later

I want to binge ngl but I have to do this in order to actually start living. The good thing is that my ozempic is ready for pickup:fuk:
 
Sorry bro but you aren't gonna be 200 anytime soon. Even with a liberal estimate of you losing 1/3lb of body fat per day (an over 1000 calorie deficit), it would still take you almost a year to weigh around 200lbs. So yea if you think this is gonna take a couple weeks, than your cooked.

Listen, I don't want to discourage someone trying to lose weight. What I meant to say is ; you are close to 300 pounds, you're very deep down the hole of being overweight.

Thinking that somehow OMAD will magically fix your problem because on paper it would cause you to drop a significant amount is simply insane. You clearly have no discpline, nor will you have the willpower to sustain such a feat. Few people can.

Instead, try to adjust your diet, do small changes that overtime will lead you to lose weight without compromising your mental health. Hope this helps.

Interesting. I want you to succeed but remember that the first few pounds are water weight (not all the 7 pounds obviously). Still a good start so don't give up and always remember that it's easier to lose weight when you're very heavy. If you stick to your plan, you will be dropping weight quick.

Yes you're are making good progress but that feeling will not go away. At least find comfort in something you have a degree of control over and be proud of your weight loss achievement. I'm also melancholic by nature and not satisfied with where I'm at in life but the physique I built is a reason why I keep my chin up.

Jesus you really have to lose weight. 130 kg for 176cm? Man just go to Japan and try your luck as a sumo with those stats. All kidding aside, keep on trying, eat more frequently but smaller meals if it helps. Maybe more cardio. I just don't understand how you can maintain such a heavy weight ; even with just sitting all day you'd still have to consume a huge amount of calories. Mirin the bulk.
