Im gonna have 1 meal per day, the preworkout meal. Besides that ill have 3 protein shakes per day (flavorless protein with almond milk so 200cals per shake)
in total it'll be like 1500-1700 calories.
Ill still be hitting the gym daily and i think im going to do nuclei overload on biceps and abs. My abs will likely pop anyway when i get lean enough but it doesnt hurt to try this.
my stack:
Aromasin 12.5mgs per day (high dose becayse i have a weird tolerance to any AI's or my source is weak idk)
Sermorelin 600mcg per night
Mk677 30mgs per night.
Gluclosamine
Creatine
Vit D 15000 ius per night
Skinmaxxing stuff
Retinol cream 2-3 times per day
Tazorac 2 times per day (mixed with retinol moisturizer so i dont dry my skin too badly)
I have an appointment with my pubertymaxxer doc tommorow, hopefully he'll give me test but what i really need is a spine xray to see if its ova for my height or not.
Here is my plan for senior year.
2 inch lifts, while leanmaxxed and skinmaxxed im going to cold approach girls i dont know probably 2 or 3 times per month. my parents are really fucking chill so they'll probably let me fuck at home if i wear protection (seriously they are cool as shit) so i can invite them to my house and ill be fucking set
Ill also use my pump in the morning before those days to increase my abominable pencil dick (6.2 x 4.25) when i pump it literally looks like an entirely different dick. however the downside is that it looks fucking weird when im soft. so ill have cialis on standby to counteract this and just be hard for the entire date( from ugfreak.to)
then well watch a movie or some shit idk how to actually interect with women tbh
