So I’ve been leanmaxxing this week been doing great really.

Here’s the catch. Whilst eating porridge with banana, blueberries and mixed wild berries I got a stupid seed trapped in my tooth (1st and second Molar right side of face) this has happened before and I’m used to it tbh but this time I know it was fucked, it was brutally lodged there as I’m trying to take it out MY NAILS ALSO GET LODGED IN THERE AND NOW I AM ON THE PHONE TO EMERGENCY DENTISTS


AND THATS HOW MY LEANMAXXING JURNEY GOT OFF TO A GREAT START.

I ate 2374K burnt 1.5k calories im in a 1.5k deficit so yeah im suffering from success

Relatable. I was leanmaxxing (or starvemaxxing as you call it xD), had gone 39 hours without eating and then suddenly I come home to see some South Asian snacks and drinks that you normally can’t buy here so I was like, goddamn here we go. And then I ordered goyslop from outside.
