What I ate today: 3 eggs, 1 Bagel, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of grapes. slice of pizza
Workout: Squat 295, bench 225, Rows 135 all for 5 sets of 5. Afterwards ran for 8 kilometres at 6 min/km pace.
