177cm, 15-16% bf @ 92-93kg, im also on trt doses of test too, id rather not fast tbh but its really good so you can eat the rest of ur calories closer to dinner time

nigga I folded like an omlette and had 1 day of full junk food cba, its day 1 for me again...im gonna pop sleepers like its candy so I just blackout instead of having the opportunity of laying in bed

Perfectly normal for people who don't have superhuman willpower. I folded to junk food and binging several times and had to take months (about half a year) to cut from lean to very lean

It's so difficult tbh. I tried all sorts of suppressants like caffeine but they only help temporarily.
Hunger is the strongest driving force, very hard to override. Telling your body no more food is incoming when every cell in your body wants to gorge on food is depressing

tbh you look decently lean, stomach looks flat af and trust me those aesthetic anomalies have next level passion for the game or crazy willpower no cap, I mean you could try adderall but then you will face the comedown(depression from it wearing off) and lack of sleep(even more reason to binge), the counter to this is using sleepers/benzos but withdrawals from them is brutal, so even though there is a solution it usually has a tradeoff too lmao

When you eat healthy for a while you realize the feelikg you get from being healthy is way better than the temporary taste of junk food
