Miles run: 0, it rained heavy today so no run unfortunately since the track is soaked.

Breakfast: rye toast, 2 eggs with some avacado and spinach

Lunch: salmon with spinach, rlly good tbh

Dinner: homemade onion topped pizza, around 3 slices. 300 cals

Not sure what else im gonna eat today.

yh, im not sure what else i should eat. im supposed to hit 1700 calories everyday for a light 500 cal deficit
