Losing weight by cutting big amounts of carbs, now I hardly eat any carbonhydrates. Feeling very weak and tired. Today during gym workout I didn't lose strength but I lost endurance and every other set I had much more decline in rep amounts than before the diet. It's also more difficult for me to study. Will this feeling be gone one day if I keep following low-carb diet for cutting?

Is this your first day?

The second day
Its pretty normal, especially if its your first time, it will take around 3-5 days, in the first time it might take a little longer
I recommend to drink black coffee or cola zero to push it through, it will help you with the hunger and give you energy

I don't feel any hunger by the way, but although I'm not hungry I have real desire to eat something very sweet for some reason

u wanna clean up ur diet and try and workout everyday to speed up the process(ideally bodyweight) and throw everything out of ur fridge and let the best tasting protein powder be ur best friend + coffee. 6 months min. Praying for you that you are boneless when you see ur first abs.

the desire to eat something sweet will be gone, I am right now leanmaxxing for 1.5 months of eating nothing but low carb (<60 grams),
and I have lost 6kg, and I workout intensely, in fact just now I came back from a workout and opened the site lol, and I don't even feel hungry and very energetic

I am in a 1200 caloric deficit and I feel great, I can easily increase it but I want to balance between weight loss, performance and especially recovery

I'm just unexperienced man I think I'll get used to it because I have never tried to eat in deficit.

Its normal to feel bad first, I felt very sick in the first 2-3 days and just sit all day home doing nothing when I started,
you only need to make sure you are doing a correct deficit and count your macros right

Cus you don't know how to count calories retard, 99% of this forum doesn't, you are most likely in a 500kcal deficit meanwhile thinking you are 1200 kcal LOL

Retard I lost 37kg in around 6-7 months of being in a deficit, do you think I really don't count right?

I went through a body recomposition and built a bit of muscle, you just need to eat enough protein and get some
creatine in, people who never did low carb will never understand how much better you function under a deficit when you are fat adapted

If you lost 37 kg in 6 months that's too big a deficit to build muscle tbh, it's most likely that you lost some muscle (almost guaranteed actually), but since you are much lower bodyfat that muscle looks bigger even though it's smaller, since it pops out more. Even if you were a newbie you can't gain muscle while losing weight that fast. Also, a body recomp is when you maintain weight, but lose bodyfat and gain muscle, in turn looking better.

My strength has improved and I am already aware of what you said so I looked for the right signs, my muscle's size has became bigger for sure, when you fast and do low carb, you have significantly higher levels of HGH which makes keeping muscle and building easier in a deficit, people who lifted for 2-3 years can still go through recomp if they are in a high body fat
