Leanmaxxing getting rough again

I thought 2023 gave me the power I needed to leanmax. Was on mega low kcal diet for 11 days without any issues. But the 12th day is starting to get rough. Constant cravings.


I'll just listen to my body and increase my kcal intake tbh. Slow and steady is the way.

Food is a chore. I like drugs and a bit of candy. Ramirez type shit. I'm lean as fuck without trying. My dad sometimes forced me to eat as a kid because I was skinny as fuck. Trauma type shit.

0 cal sodas and gum kept me sane during my original weightloss.

I do force feed meat, It's just a chore. My blood work (at this moment) is Ideal. I'm talking literally everything is Ideal. Sugar (A1C) is low too. B12 over 900 as well. T levels are high too.

You can eat more but just do more exercise

You're cutting too much, too quickly. 250-500kcal max. Anything more and your body is getting JUST'd.

Problem is not with eating. Problem is with how i feel the rest of the time: craving for food.

I went back to maintenance kcal for today and still crave food. Stuffing my stomache with tea right now (without caffeine)
 
You're cutting too much, too quickly. 250-500kcal max. Anything more and your body is getting JUST'd.
500kcal is quite rough already. But i think i was averaging 1000kcal cut for the last 11 days.

Gonna eat maintenance for a while till my cravings start to relax again

I was mogging hard at the gym yesterday. Ive never been so veiny in my life. Was mirin myself in the mirror.

Use cigarettes and chewing gum. Also no need to have 1000 cal defecit you lose a lot of fat with 200-300

I work with averages tbh. I can't be bothered to count calories accurately so I make rough estimates. Usually over-estimating the kcal im eating.

I'll just eat more till I start feeling better again. And then start eating less again. Let my body recover for a few days from this insane weightloss

3.2kg since NYE, but hard to say how much waterweight it is etc. Doesn't really say much.

I usually have to worry about not eating enough, the secret is cardio.
