the craziest weight loss I've ever seen on here was this indian guy who was already skinny but wanted hollow cheeks


he only ate 4 eggs a few oysters and one piece of salmon daily if I remember correctly he ascended hard in a couple of weeks
 
just eat less and do some exercise. I've lose 5kg since last month
 
Cut 1% body fat per week, 500 cal deficit, high protein, some people struggle to get enough protein you may have to take powder. It is easier to burn fat than build muscle and the bro science is you can burn at a ratio of 25% lean mass and 75% fat. Fat people will usually have a bit more lean mass than skinny people due to a lifetime of carrying the excess weight but you can lose this and end up with even less lean mass than a skinny person if you cut too aggressively. Usually people lose water weight in the first week cutting 10lbs or so and then stall out, it is because they have not reduce the calories sufficiently and have not upped protein intake / exercised in the meantime. You have to adjust the total calories every week or two but the 500 deficit is good to make sure you do not start losing too much lean mass. 12% should be your goal body fat percentage.

your body builds hormonal and physical functions around your patterns of eating sleeping and doing anything, like hormones have a memory and a routine almost along with anything in the body.Any sudden and radical change could disrupt this circle.skin can become dull and lose the glow or you can start losing hair.Changing a already healthy diet is cope.Doesn't do much good but can do much harm.The spike in cortisol basically kills testosterone and this transforms into a cycle.Change should be small and done in a healthy manner. Retards here be like:feelsuhh: Muh ascension or Muh die and end up descending by doing extreme retarted stuff and research drugs.plus hollow cheeks are there even if the guy is skinny fat you can always notice them on guys with fat around their face cause they have bones that's the only way though
