If I do 15-30 min fasted cardio in the morning, eat a large breakfast at noon, then work out and do more cardio later in the day before eating dinner at 9 pm, will I lose my gains?

If necessary I’ll add leucine to my ec stack

if u eat 5 kcal each meal then yes
if u eat 5000 kcal each meal then probably no

It’s probably gonna be like ~2k cals, milk and eggs for breakfast and whatever meat and veggies they have for dinner

probably wont lose ur gains if u keep maintenance volume
but it also depends how much muscle mass u have and how aggressive is ur deficit

I eat school food so i can’t count exactly how much i eat
