I've been staying true to 1700 cals a day

Had high protein meals (for the most part)

I really hope progress shows soon boys!!!

maybe 17%, i had a rlly shit diet b4. im 5'9 142ish skinnyfat
I see, i am also trying to become lean as of lately..

I am 15 and 5'9 as well, but have around 18% bf.
my face is quite lean but i want to have hollows

i feel like thats just fatass cope just be strictly on ur diet like if u eat over calories one time it will just ruin ur flow tbh

i have stopped eating goyslop and all and just eat meats and eggs (4 on most days) mostly..

i mean dont do certain days where u eat over ur caloric intake

You’ll understand this when you’ll get around 15%, you can’t sustain without a cheat meal maybe per 2 week under that BF%.

i try to do intermittent fasting on most days, and try to eat as less as possible.. does it affect height tho?

I only ate eggs, dairy, fruits and veggies from 16% to 13%, but now I can’t continue without a cheat meal every week or so.

i dont think youll stunt your growh unless you literally starve urself tbh. just get enough protein fats etc.

Just have adequate amount of sleep around 8-10hrs,proteins and fats, and also exercise regularly. At the end you’ll get t your predicted height. (y)

i do treadmill and walk mostly, as i have heard too much exercise fucks your height up...
my sleep schedule is fucked as well 😭😭

sleep is the single most important thing, 1 bad sleep cycle can crash your testosterone for the whole week.
