It feels great ngl, the dopamine of knowing that you are starving for a good cause, the feeling when you wake up and know you can finally eat something (as breakfasts are allowed), I don't know why people can't leanmaxx, it's so much fun. I was 182.5 cm and 74.5 kg, now after 1 week I'm 73 kg and plan to leanmaxx to 70 kg. Feels very fun and rewarding.

I'm basically at your height and goal weight and I can tell you; yeah, it makes a difference. You feel lighter and look better. People treat you better. It may not sound like much to a lot of people, but it's like a 5% different in bodyweight, so yes, it's definitely significant.

Thanks for the motivation. I may want to go to 68 kg, but not further, it depends on how I look with 70.

That's a good goal. What's your waist circumference?

I still have to eat 2500+ calories to lean max or I drop weight too fast

High metabolism is a complete curse.

Didn't measure, but I know there was a significant difference between 74 and 77 kg (years ago). I guess it's more to lose bellyfat now, my waist circumference looks okay.

agreed, my regime lately has been 8 miles of self punishing david goggins S&M cardio. 8 miles is still nothing i'm just out of shape. i am guilty of the crime of being ugly to 18 year olds so I need to be punished severely. i'm quitting drugs so i don't know how else to make my brain tick

You think you'd enjoy it till you realize you have to spend double the bill on groceries alone

Eating high calories with 'healthy' foods is no easy task, its easy to eat that amount with unhealthy garbo or even shawarmas. But it takes more time+more effort to cook on a daily basis and constantly be against the ticking clock that if you eat too late your sleep can get affected. Trust me, gaining weight is a billion times more harder than losing weight for those that have high metabolism.

theres only like a 300 calories difference, just the little 300 calories more. its easy af compared to leanmaxxing which is very difficult for fatcels since they havent gotten accostomed to eating less after years of overeating due their parents giving them an unhealthy diet.

Why would I need to it for a year? I would be dead then, because I would be 0 kg.

Damn isn't that too low for your height? I'm 5'9" and I was thinking 70kg is perfect for me, btw do you have any idea what would be the weight of leanmaxxes Barrett? I want to leanmax like him

I think my current weight is okay, but I want to go to at least 12% bodyfat. I don't know about Barretts leanmaxxed weight, I know though of other leanmaxxed users who posted stats close to what I plan to go for.

How can you maintain that weight and drop body fat %
