yeah, even getting someone else to try and estimate it is usually cope because they don't account for genetic fat storage and have their own biases.

Honestly, it depends on everybody's face. atleast go below 15 though thats always a good point. It definitely changes from wider to smaller faces.

Ye this is the biggest problem tbh , i think im in the 12-15 range but there's no way to really know i could be 8 or 18. I try to stay in 20-22 bmi range and 24-25 if im gymmaxxing

Visible non shredded abs is 15% bf, overall "athletic looking" and aesthetics starts at 15%

At 20% you'll have a normie physique : skinnyfat or bulky

22%: overweight. Definitively Bloated face unless peak viscerocranium.

25% and above: fat guy

My waist is 80 cm in the morning from body fat calculator should be 14% but ye i dont think there's a reliable way tbh

Also if youre unlucky you can get descended if you lean down too much looking like a lich. Like the gymcels that look facially worse after cutting to 10-12% bf

It's wishful thinking. Everyone should get lean as it's the bare minimum but it won't magically make you good looking. Looking at before and afters it's usually some retard taking pics in different lighting while sucking in their cheeks.

I lost 35lb in a month once tbh. Wouldnt reccomend going that fast again since I lost muscle but you could get to 200 or so pretty quick with a couple months of work.

True i am like 28%bf but obviously recessed i am just chilling at this weight till i get surgery to then lose fat and fraud saying my change was due to fat loss
 
I use to say being within 12-15% mogs but being under 10% is halo tier , almost nobody is walking around that lean , it gives you an edge . The only people i see that lean are htn gymcels on tiktok , hate them sure , but they are peak leaness .
