Its not really hard and caffine can realistically do a lot of the work for you.

i was only hungry the first week after i was fine, i just felt tired. you dont need to keep cutting only maintain it and that's easy.

Getting lean isn't incredibly difficult when talking about purely physical changes but it is definitely mentally draining. The best way I have found is consuming caffeine and possibly nicotine for diet suppression and small boosts in metabolism while consuming less processed foods.

Most "natural foods" are actually pretty low in calories when compared to hyper-processed modern foods. An entire ribeye is only around 300 calories and is incredibly filling and even hard to get down fully in a lot of cases, while something of similar size that's hyper-processed could easily be upwards of 800-1000 calories. Another instance is a single large potato is only around 300 calories as well and is very filling. You could eat multiple ribeyes and potatoes a day and still easily be in a caloric deficit while getting a surplus of nutrients and being so full you feel like you might throw up.

a potato and a little of ribeye will be digested super fast and you won't feel full if you divide properly all your meals, you'll eat it and not feel full then it will get digested super fast and you'll need to wait till the next meal to eat again, this shit builds up really bad on you

and you'll eventualy give in and eat junk food cause your brain will crave for it

This just isn't really true but I understand where you're coming from. When taking into consideration how the body digests food and how full it feels after, it isn't just about how long the food sits in your stomach. This argument ignores the fact the body is an incredibly complex biological machine with multiple hormones relating to digestion, hunger, etc.

When you eat, your body will release hormones to signal fullness and satiety. The amounts released and the feeling of being not hungry depends on what you eat, because different things in foods will obviously signal different things in the body and affect you differently.

For my examples with steak or specifically ribeyes, they are so dense that your body will not digest it very fast in the first place, but that isn't the main point. Ribeyes are full of protein and fat, which signal high satiety in the body. It also requires a lot of chewing to break down and chewing itself can start signaling your body for a large meal. It is a very heavy food as well and will weigh down on your stomach.

While I understand your point, it disregards the smaller details of nutrition and digestion. I don't really blame you or think you're trying to mislead anyone because you have to look some of this stuff up or already know it. I get your point but substances can also help such as caffeine and nicotine which are very easy to access. Water as well can signal fullness in the body and is very easy to obtain for most. On top of that, we have to take into account the fact that people aren't necessarily slaves to hormones or signals in the body and can choose to ignore their hunger and starve themselves which isn't actually as difficult as it seems. Throw on some anorexia edits on tiktok and it'll make you feel like a fat fuck and not eat for twelve days.
