Been eating 500-1000 cals for a month now and haven't binged once even though I did it every single day before I started starvemaxxing

I'm still fat as hell so I don't want to reveal to save myself the shame. But fat as fuckkk. Had a really bad time coping with goyslop and gained a lot of weight. Maybe I'll post a transformation pic when I'm done or something

I will forever laugh at people that use “willpower” to get lean when there is not a single good reason to put yourself through the mental pain of dieting/starving.

I'm using contrave and it was worked well for me. Im planning to use mounjarao for thr final leanmaxxing till 14% bf

Yep this is 100% it. I similarly struggle with hunger. I could easily eat enough meat that my stomach feels like it’s going to rip because I get so hungry, and if I allow myself to eat more, I get even hungrier. I do much better trying to limit myself and instead focus on high volume, high water content foods
