Been doing some soft leanmaxxing diet changes and more workouts. First pic was in July second pic is present. First pic is a bit blurry due to zoom but both pics were taken on the same camera. Is there any noticeable flaws I could fix with surgery now that I’m not a complete bloat cel I know my lower third is my biggest falio. I plan on bimax with genio, possibly angular implants. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated!

Lycopene is best for skin coloring. Red undertones are more visible and associated with health

Carotene will make your palms yellow like juandice

The studies are done on CARETINOIDS not beta carotene lmfaoooo

Also watermelon has lycopene, and tastes better than carrots or tomato
