Leanmaxxing journey begins from today

I have lots of skinny fat accommodated around the belly so I decided to leanmax .
My daily schedule included sitting at one place 9-5 then gymmaxxing 1hour lifting weight
So I decided to go on a caloric deficit
I will eat nothing for breakfast
Eat lunch (Rice and Chicken or meat)
After workout (Eggs)
Dinner same as lunch

What do u think is my plan efficient for leanmaxxing and assuming I am around 22-23%bf how long will it take to lean down to 15
 
u start your journey after 1 year of being in this forum?
