Almost all face fat is gone. When I tohcbmy fat I feel a Lil bit. So I think shredding 4 to 5kg more pure fat will make it paper thin. That's when I hit my peak.

Nah I'm bloated 24/7 cuz I overtrain

To baseline. When I bloat I get 6kg extra. When I debloat in 2 days time I lose all that 6 kg
