Respecting the grind but why do people eat from these shit paper plates?
Everything looks so unapetizing on that. I guess that's good for leanmaxxing at least.

My go to leanmaxxing meal is ground beef mixed with pizza sauce and basilicum, so tasty

Lol I use the same paper plates. Who gives a fuck, we just don’t wanna wash dishes.

I season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. I grill it with olive oil. For my second meal I’ll usually eat fish like tuna/more chicken. Then I’ll eat snacks like Greek yogurt low cal cheese and protein shakes

Whenever I’m not eating chicken for breakfast it’s usually protein waffles, Greek yogurt with fruit, or oatmeal
