I used to fap everyday and I often gooned for 6+ hours.
Now on just a 500kcal deficit I basically fap once or twice a week and I have to force myself to do it. If you wanna kill your sex drive just put the fork down tbh. It's insane.

Why are you forcing yourself to fap
because I still feel slightly irritated from being horny but not enough for me to actually want to bother and whip my dick out and start fapping. But it builds up very slowly over the week until I eventually just get it out of the way.

what's your workout plan? I have no motivation to gymcell when i'm leanmaxxing tbh because I won't be gaining muscle so I only go 2-3 times and I half-ass it. I fucked up my bulk and just got fat lol. My plan is to get down to 75kg and then do a proper big bulk to 90kg or more.

I tried maingaining for years and it's worthless, you make progress at a fraction of what you would if you just ate in a small surplus. I made the same progress in 3 months of a bulk as I did in 2 years of le maingaining. Yeah, I stopped giving a fuck about my barely existent muscles during my cut because I know i'll get them back quickly when I start bulking again.
