Leanmaxxing (other than diet): Prioritize cardio or abdominal training?

Let's say you're at 16% bodyfat, 180-185lbs and cutting. You want to increase your abdominal aesthetics. Would you rather focus on consistent weekly cardio or would you focus on ab exercises? Are ab exercises cope?
 
Twisting situps are really good or hanging leg raises, you can do an isometric exercise like plank too
For cardio i would just do walking 15k+ steps and track calories ofcourse and eat enough protein
