Is going from 16% bodyfat to 10%, when i dont have muscle actually worth it? Like, im still skinny-fat and thats why im still going, but i dont know if its really gonna make that much of a difference getting rid of 6%.

during the cut just workout? you'll gain newbie gains alongside muscle. win-win situation.

if you're ACTUALLY gonna get to 10% you'll see a difference. trust me

yes cut, low calorie deficit, work out hard always eat your protein to keep building muscle
