If you are like 18%+ bodyfat and your face isn't chubby, your fat pads are small.

Kind of common sense. If your cheeks are relatively hollow, weight loss isn't going to do much because all weight loss does is make your cheeks more hollow. Nothing to do with bones.

The guy in the OP never had a chubby face like some users here.

They make your face less defined so you need good bone mass and low bf% to compensate. You'll age well though.

Also he's 15 and the skull grows significantly until 20 so everyone's face gets leaner. Then the fat pads get smaller (even leaner).
