Eat well and enough, use electrolytes, replenish glycogen from time to time. Also get your vit D levels checked. You'll lean out faster and have better appetite regulation when your levels are in the optimal range (60-90 ng/ml).

I’m personally doing Rybelsus rn and I feel like shit whenever I think of food. I also tried phent but it kinda just makes me feel like shit.
