Leanmaxxing VS Lean Bulking Debate

How important are defined abs for attraction? I'd say leanmaxxing and working to get a 6 pack makes sense if you live in a warm area where you can often take your shirt off, take photos for Instagram and show your abs.
In clothes, nobody knows you have a six pack, so you'll look DYEL.
I'm like 15% BF and undecided if I should continue bulking. For most of time, I disregarded the importance of abs and prioritized getting bigger, but now I don't know what to think.

Thinking of leanmaxxing >> get great candid shots to put on IG, Tinder >> profit.

Lean down from 15% to 9% will last at most 3 months.

After this he can start a lean bulk without problem.

no, its way better if he bullks or maintenance (check out muscle recomp)

he will gain muscle and lose fat

after that he can cut
 
Bulk/cut within 8-14% bf and you will be fine
 
abs are just the cherry on top, leanmaxxing is best for face gains imo

It’s not about the abs you silly reductionist. It’s that everything looks better when lean. Get to 10% and just cruise on maintenance the rest of your life trying to put more weight on the bar.
 
The importance of being lean as shit is not the six pack (altho it helps) its about that lean, chiseled jawline you get.Get to 10 percent bodyfat or die trying
 
Get some muscles first and enjoy those sweet newbie gains while lifting on a surplus. THEN cut and don't look like a complete twink.

More muscles = higher TDEE = burn more calories by just LDAR in front of computer.
